The process of change after crossing the age of 45 years...a self-reminder

There has to be revolution in thoughts, attitudes, behaviours after one crosses the age of 40 or 45 years. Life is a process of continuous changes in one's attitudes towards life in general, including enjoying,relaxing, eating, drinking, sleeping , exercising and take health-care measures for remaining physically fit and mentally sound and stout.

Major changes that are a must, are some of the following factors:

  • food habits, including taking fruits , vegetables,fibrous food and vitamins, minerals etc.
  • regular physical exercise
  • drinking sufficient quantity of water
  • going to bed by 11.30 pm
  • making decisions after a number of deep thinking process & writing down the finer points
  • to be perfectly selective about social networking of any kind
  • listening to soft music on a daily basis
  • taking time to read books
  • taking time to write literature  on my favourite topics
  • to be out of the older bad habits by applying will power
  • taking time to pray to GOD
  • Managing finances well, to manage the tougher times of life ahead
  • to save money on regular basis in RD account
  • to be in silent mode for most of the time in a day
  • to be harsh on myself, not on others
  • to try to do well in my profession
  • to be impartial with one and all
  • to be indifferent in most of the material aspects in life
  • but to try to do well in both family and professional matters
