- To try to live one day at a time by planned actions only

- Psychology,OB and PPM would be my preferred areas for teaching management sciences
- to publish some more books
- to be brief and to the point on all talks, and to listen more at the same time
- KSA(Knowledge-skills-Attitudes) mapping can lead to great leadership qualities in one's professional field
- KSA assets are the greatest qualities that are in great demand in any profession
- self-awareness about KSA and SWOT on a daily basis
