Complexity  of human behaviors can be utilized for better organizational performance, if planned properly. Both the Negative and positive behaviors could be tapped for variety of practical applications.

The basic as well as fundamental job of a manager  is to identify the wide variety of talents in different individuals and utilize them tactfully, in appropriate time, situations and crises.

 Hence a management professional is supposed to possess exceptional skills as well as an infinite bandwidth of  thinking and taking fruitful actions....There lies the foundation of being a management professional....

Variety of behaviors at professional place is fantastically wide-ranging:


  • back-biting
  • enjoying suffering of others
  • converting inferiority complex into superiority complex by adopting dirty politics
  • playing games  in the domain of faith, trust
  • shameless selfishness
  • being aggressive if self-interest  is slightly hurt, even accidentally....
  • enjoying freedom at the cost of productivity

  • dealing with females at work-place being most challenging job, any person aspiring to be managers should know
  • free consultancy is always harmful  for any person of worth
