Driving out frustration from personal and professional life....

Though difficult, driving out frustration from life requres developing a special mindset.

The best option is to continuously try to remain engaged in some work relating to self-improvement or professional up gradration.

Focus on work or quality of work that we perform eliminates mental lethargy and generates newer ideas from the experience. But idle thinking produces more negativity in the mind.

If we can combine our thoughts with actions for most of the time of day, we are in a better position to produce tangible outputs at the end of the day....

'dedication to creative work only can give us true happiness and satisfaction....'
