Managerial Thinking and real-life actions....

  • Thinking in the line of managerial techniques can never be enough...we are supposed to monitor the outputs and outcomes of our actions almost on an hourly basis...This techniques would make us more and more result-oriented and output conscious for our daily performance......

  • Talks are in plenty, but doers are rarely found, especially among Indian    s, we find finest speakers and orators, who are also great theoretical scholars...but in real-life implementation of those big ideas we are far behind...hence from now onwards I am becoming more practice-oriented and I and I am trying to be practical in my daily actions....Being practical will help us doing the thing, as required by a practical situation....In solving problems what finally matters are self-confidence, self-respect and common sense...Due to lack of common sense, millions of work-hours are getting wasted...hence we must learn COMMON SENSE ENGINEERING(CSE) FIRST, WE THEN WE SHOULD FOCUS ON OUR PRACTICAL JOBS with the principle OJAAT(one job at a time)....
