self-reliance is another key to the world of happiness...

As I progress in age, I realize that all kinds of troubles start from dependence on others. It's not possible to be totally independent , when we live in a society/or work in an organization. But in 80% of cases , we can work in such a manner that we hardly take help from others. Yes, it's possible. In a day's job-list, make sure that you take personal responsibility of carrying out the job with your own hands and finish them in time. The rest of jobs can be completed through delegation of power and responsibility to our reliable ones.
Planning and executing the day's jobs can give us the highest form of personal peace and satisfaction.
Hence I try to live only ONE DAY AT A TIME, with the basic principle that I personally would take up and finish ONE JOB AT A TIME....
In the teaching profession, one has to try to give one's best in every single class....NO TWO CLASSES CAN EVER BE SAME....
"Continual self-improvement practices" (CSP) holds the key to joy and satisfaction...
If we enjoy whatever work we do, we really live the lives of lions....
Let us focus on our own work...and forget the rest which we hardly can change...
God bless you all...
