Talking less, doing more and being the doer

• Lecturing is not a difficult task for almost anybody. It needs a little bit of practice only.

• Doing is always a challenge, as one has to handle complexity of wide variety 

• Tall talkers are rarely real doers

• We should be prepared to work hard, as in most cases of problem solving we find only a few people who are ready to put in their best efforts

• We should be honest to our own selves, as the first criterion of delivering our best services

• We should deliver our best efforts with professionalism, if we are getting salary of out giving services

• We should know our jobs well

• We should inculcate professionalism in our assigned responsibilities

• We should be able to meet the professional expectations in a time-bound manner

• We should improve our profile by building reputation in our field of activity
