- Drinking more water, around 4 litres a day

- To utilise time in doing creating activities
- Improving personal skills
- Reading good books
- Taking essential medicines regularly
- Producing tangible outputs , at the end of the day
- Being in a cheerful mood
- Not be negative on any matter
- Doing one job at a time
- Reducing worries and tension by doing breathing exercises learnt from the expert
- Not to entangled in financial complexity and trap
- Doing meditation on God
- Thinking positive
- Preparing the mind to do hard work on specific issues
