Overcoming frustration
- Thinking positive itself is a big challenge
- Keeping fit is the biggest challenge in life
- To keep frustration away, I should try to remain engaged in activities related to my favourite domains
- I should try to be optimistic in my approach towards daily living
- I should try to build good habits
- I should focus my energy on my domain
- I should improve knowledge, skills and attitudes(KSA)
- I should take care of the mental fitness by engaging my brain in creative activities
- I should talk less and do more work
- I should take care of my diet
