Adaptation with the changing Environment

• Environment is fast changing

• Cultural, Economic, Social, and Technological are changing very fast

• We need to make changes attitudinally to keep ourselves up to date with the changing circumstances

• Culturally, we should be flexible and dynamic and inclusive

• We should not be rigid with our ideas and attitudes, as variety has become the spice of life

• We should accept variety

• We should have open minds and hence should be able to see things from different perspectives and angles

• Our bandwith of perception should be made as high as possible

• We should be flexible, as there is no absolute thing in life and society

• We are expected to be global in our attitudes and knowledge processing

• We should be able to change our views , if that is required in the existing system

• We should not nurture any extremistic ideas and opinions, as in democracy every has equal right to live peacefully

• We should swiftly admit our mistakes & correct the same for further development of the system 

• We should try to improve ourselves so that we could of greater help to the system we live in

• We must accept the ground reality and act as per the requirements of the changing system

• We should not blame others for our failures

• We should seek perfection in all our endeavours

• If we seek perfection, we shall surely achieve excellence

• We should remember that our true personal assets are: knowledge, skills, attitudes, fitness and energy

• We should remember that change is the only constant in life
