My professional experience...
- I have been side-lined by many people in my profession by silent politicking, and I have learnt a lot from my un-friendly colleagues and friends
- Politics is part and parcel of daily work life
- Office politics is a daily affair of work place
- With tactful diplomacy, we can defuse politics
- Remaining cheerful is a challenge, but we can remain cheerful by filtering the rubbish and poisons
- Being happy is the top priority of one's daily life
- Being happy is a difficult task, and we should try to work hard and we should try to do good to others to be happy
- We should identify our strengths and we should have strong faith and belief in our own abilities
- We should have faith in our calibre and capabilities to succeed in life
- If possible, we should analyse our Strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats(SWOT) and go on doing hard work on our strengths
- We should believe that we are strong
- We should be able to filter the rubbish, garbage, and poisons from colleagues and friends, and such cleansing will help perform better in our profession
- We should be regular in taking physical exercise, and meditation for build a strong body and a creative mind
