- I must eliminate all my wrong habits
- I should rise early and go for a morning walk everyday
- Yoga-asanas for one hour needs be continued
- Meditation for fifteen minutes is a must for my health
- Breathing exercise for 20-30 minutes is essential for me , as advised by my physician
- Not to use computer for a long time
- To avoid sedentary life-style at any cost
- To enjoy spiritual living, as I did in the past
- Spiritual living will give relief from stress, tension and worries
