Management lesson from my past experiences

• Nobody is real friend in a profession, they are basically our competitors

• People are selfish in general

• To survive in a job, we should understand politics and diplomacy

• Telling the truths will hamper progress in a job/profession

• We should keep secrets within ourselves so that we do not become victim of politics

• We should try to be diplomatic as well as straight-forward in our talks , actions and behaviours

• We should manage time well

• We should do our home-work well

• We should be dutiful towards our organization

• We should be sincere, dedicated and punctual in our work-place

• We should keep ourselves updated on the latest happenings that concern us directly or indirectly

• We should always try to avoid interpersonal conflicts that arise from egoism

• We should be professionally transparent and we should be highlight our strengths through our meaningful actions and endeavours

• We must communicate well in various direction

• We must give our best efforts in our defined roles and responsibilities
