- If unfit physically, we shall not be able to concentrate on our jobs at hand
- If unfit , our minds will remain distracted and we shall not be able to deliver the goods , as required
- If unfit, mind gets irritated easily and relationships may get sour
- All our fitness activities should be completed in the morning session only so that we could enjoy the day in a better way
- Health is top priority for all affairs of life
- Then comes the mental processes through which we judge and perceive
- Our perceptual clarity depends upon the level of our mental health
- To maintain a better mental health, we must practice using our brain and mind for certain logical, analytical and reasoning jobs, as available in our personal life
- We should try deliberately to remain alert and logical in all situations
- Mental fitness is heavily depended upon the logicality of our thinking and behaving in a social circumstance
- Physical illness and disturbances affects heavily the mental processes and perceptions
- Mental diseases are fundamentally originated from wrong perceptions, unfounded and baseless fears & worries
- Hence we must keep away from fear, worry, tension, and anxiety to keep mentally sound and fit
- To overcome fear, we should use our past experiences, exposure, perceptions and judgement
- Fear is the only damaging emotion in the life of a human being
- Fear is the biggest killer
- Fear destroys our nervous system
- We should eliminate fear completely by daily practice
- If we can be physically stronger and stout, many sources of minor fears will simply vanish from the mind
- Mind is the creator of negative emotions and we should train our minds in being FEARLESS
- We must identify the sources of FEAR and analyse their origins to root them out
- Fearless people are the real winners in the society
- Timid and cowards are the symbols of failures, defeat and frustration
- We ourselves are responsible for what we are today
- Fearlessness is the most quality of the great WINNERS in the society
- Fearlessness is based upon the level of clarity of knowledge and concepts in our inner minds
- Clarity brings Fearlessness: is the ultimate truth
