Building health and fitness is the ultimate source of happiness


  • Retention of breath occupies the central place in building health and fitness
  • We should come out of the trap of all types material addictions to be healthy and happy
  • Systematic retention of breath improves inner fitness and strengthens the mind and the will force
  • Retention of breath or pranayam should be done under the guidance of an expert so that we could learn the techniques well
