- Attitudinal change is the most important factor in bringing about drastic and long-lasting changes in our lives
- Try again and again is the only principle here
- We should change on a daily basis
- We should not up hopes
- We are bounded by our thinking abilities
- We should change our thinking to change our practical actions
- We should balance the theories and the practicals
- We should not be over-serious about happenings in life. We can also inject some sense of humour into life's serious aspects
- We should not be stressed, as far as possible
