- We need to be most regular in taking physical exercises
- Our feeling of happiness is dependent on our level of fitness

- Due to lack of will power and courage, I had lost many great opportunities in the past
- We should do some manual jobs everyday
- We should pursue our hobbies for mental satisfaction
- We should build up tenacity and determination to execute our daily plans

- We should shake off all kinds of laziness and lethargy to excel in our jobs
- We should take special care of our health parameters
- We should try to apply the principle of DO IT NOW
- We should set higher standards of performance for ourselves to do better
- Everyday we should try to evolve as a better and stronger person internally
- We should stick to our plans
- We should take care of COST CONTROL
- We should slowly come out of unregulated lifestyles, if any
- We should follow the principle of BE YOUR OWN BOSS
