Life is a continuous struggle for achieving perfection

  • Perfection is the ultimate thing to be achieved in course of time
  • Ideally, we should be perfect, but we know that 'to err is human'
  • From errors, mistakes, and blunders, we should learn the deepest lessons of perfection to be attained
  • We should try to execute our jobs flawlessly
  • We should cross-examine the facts and figures of whatever we deal with
  • Verification of facts is most important for any administrator
  • If we fail to do so, we shall have to face unpleasant/dangerous/harassing situations at both personal and professional circumstances
  • Achieving perfection must be our top-most priority
  • If we aim perfection, we shall surely attain EXCELLENCE
  • Once we attain excellence, our services will surely be sought after in the market place
  • We also should do marketing for our skills, attitudes, and knowledge
  • We should be able to create a good and reliable brand for ourselves
  • We should be able to earn good amount of money by putting our 'specialized' efforts
  • We must acquire sound, accurate and authentic KNOWLEDGE so that we can fight competitions in the field
  •  Knowledge is power
  • If we have authentic knowledge, we shall be winners
  • We should work hard to acquire KNOWLEDGE
  • Then, we have TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE in real, hard core situations to solve critical problems concerning social, political, economic, and technological issues
  • If we fail to apply our knowledge, such knowledge becomes rubbish and useless
  • And useless people have no place in the domain of LEADERSHIP
  • LEADERSHIP demands true KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL & HUMAN SKILLS AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES
  • Leadership development is the key requirement in the life of any professional
  • Without leadership qualities, we have only limited abilities to GET THINGS DONE
  • GETTING THINGS DONE is the most important quality in the professional life of any MANAGER
  • MANAGERIAL SKILL is  the principal prerequisite for any sort of LEADERSHIP
