- Leading a simpler life
- Ignoring the unimportant people at work-place, at any cost, all the time
- Using single-minded devotion (SMD) most of the time at work-place
- Not to react to the comments of the mediocre
- creative action needs a lot of silence in life, so ignoring and avoiding the mediocre is an inevitable part of daily life
- avoiding confrontation of all kinds,but keeping respect high by being outspoken by the balanced use of bold and courageous
- Honest professionals will always have lesser number of friends, as expected
- Being rough, tough and outspoken are also essential at times, to stop irritating behaviours of the mediocre people all around
- Keeping busy with my planned actions of the day will relieve me of tension and worry and misunderstandings
- Being professional at the work-place is at the root of being happy employee too
- Management science also teaches us to be 'professional' by using scientific methods
