Self-motivation is at the root of all work that we do. It's a great challenge to keep ourselves motivated and inspired. Life passes through ups and downs. It's natural. But during the period of depressive thinking, we tend to degrade ourselves if we do not network with friends who are hard-core positive thinkers. When managing things becomes more and more difficult, we should take advice and guidance from our well-wishers. Our well-wishers only can boost up our morale and put us on the right track. Otherwise, we may fall victim to obsessive depression which is harmful to both body and mind...Here mental state is the primary concern of leading a happy and balanced life. A healthy mind definitely produces positive physiological states and therefore enhancing the possibility of being in a happy condition.
Most of ailments originate from an unregulated lifestyle and mental worry or disturbances of some kind or the other. Hence controlling the mind to be in a state of peace and productive thinking is the biggest issue in practical life...
