Managing of human affairs is indeed a difficult task. Theoretical knowledge rarely works in practice, unless the same is modified as per real-life experiences on human interaction and its dynamics....
I have seen a good number of good managers among my colleagues. The most common qualities among them could be summed up as follows:
1. they are systematic and methodical workers themselves
2. they can take enormous pressure
3.they are straight-forward
4.they maintain dignified distance from the colleagues
5.they speak of business only and they are focussed on their goals
6.they are all hard-working individuals with the abilities to lead...
Training in management can never be sufficient to make a person punctual, sincere, dedicated and systematic. It requires a lot of practical experience to handle situations in a 'management' way....
