To do not to do


  • Vigorous actions takes away mental pain, worries, stress, anxiety, if such actions could be taken on a planned manner

  • Inaction make our brain dull and lethargic

  • Thorough planning and implementation on a daily basis is very important

  • We should try to sharpen our present skills so that we remain prepared for acting skills when the opportunities come

  • We should take up challenges and defeat them by our hard work, tenacity and use of past experiences

  • If we do not perform, we can not survive competition and earn our living

  • In the world of competition, nobody can be friends

  • We have no friends, but we have associates for deriving mutual benefit

  • For maintaining our lives, we must some minimum amount of work

  • We should communicate well, again to survive and prosper in our profession

Priority-based One Job at a time hard work


  • Prioritized sequential hard work will relieve us from worries, tension, stress, and anxiety

  • While interacting with the outer world, we must learn to filter out the non-essentials and unnecessary inputs

  • Filtering out the rubbish is essential for personal effectiveness and higher productivity

  • Personal Excellence requires self-training, continuity in practice, self-assessment and continuous learning and continual process of self-improvement

  • We should remember that Knowledge, skills, attitudes,self-confidence,  clarity of concepts and communication skills are the six building blocks of personal & professional excellence

  • Job-stress can be fought at the personal level by adopting Yoga, Breathing exercise and meditation as part and parcel of daily living

  • Personal integrity & dedication are the essential qualities of any professional

Branding is most important for any professional


  • we should be able to build a strong reputation for ourselves

  • we should act as expert professional with strong self-confidence and productive outputs and outcomes

  • we should strong in both theory and practicals in a specialized domain 

  • we should focus on the fundamental aspects in our professional domain

  • we should not get distracted to many directions, as such distractions are the sources of waste of our vital energy

  • we should conserve our energy

  • we should preserve physical and mental fitness at any cost

  • We should remember the golden words: TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST, BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO

Life-style changes


  • I must eliminate all my wrong habits

  • I should rise early and go for a morning walk everyday

  • Yoga-asanas for one hour needs be continued

  • Meditation for fifteen minutes is a must for my health

  • Breathing exercise for 20-30 minutes is essential for me , as advised by my physician

  • Not to use computer for a long time

  • To avoid sedentary life-style at any cost

  • To enjoy spiritual living, as I did in the past

  • Spiritual living will give relief from stress, tension and worries

Self-improvement thoughts of the day


  • To be more serious and sincere about professional responsibilities

  • Health-monitoring by implementing Life-style Changes(LSC) and Life-style Modifications(LSM) is a must for me

  • Improving communication skills as a teacher

  • Regularity in Physical exercise and yoga is essential 

  • Relationship management is a top-priority job for me

  • To nurture talents among my students and friends

  • Management can be applied in daily life in all spheres of activities

  • Management is an elevated science based on study of human psychology and organization behaviour

  • A good manager is a good psychologist too....

  • Completing pending jobs by applying Do-it-now (DIN) principle

  • To network with people with extreme caution and avoidance by tact

  • A good manager acts with tact and diplomacy
