• mental dirt and rubbish are thrown out through devoted actions on our individual part...
• in between our devoted work, we can do meditation to relax both body and mind...
• during meditation, we can a certain level of mental silence and hence our physical parameters improve...
• we tend to feel better about ourselves and at the same time, we realize the nothingness of this physical world and a life of passions and desires...
• we should try to burn our earthly desires by connecting ourselves to God...
• 'devotion, detachment and disinterestedness' are the foundations of a spiritual living...
• spiritual living is the highest form of living, where we feel the blessings of God in varied dimensions...
