- We must build up patience and tolerance to cope up with difficult situations
- To deal with difficult people , we should master human psychology & analyse various peculiar problems with different people
- We should listen to difficult people to understand the fundamental aspects of the interaction & then we should respond with utmost care
- Listening solves most of our daily problems
- Non-essential Talking , in many cases, invites problems
- We should improve our mental tenacity & concentration by yoga & meditation
- Yoga & Meditation should be part and parcel of our lives for being happy & peaceful
- Yoga & Meditation will slowly calm down our minds and all ills such as worries, tension and anxiety will fly away from our lives
