Self-discipline first for achieving personal excellence

  • Silence is required for extensive self-talks required for arriving at conclusions about matters of importance

  • Self-leadership and self-command are most vital for achieving our goals and objectives

  • We should continuously learn things from sources around us

  • Day's plan must be done meticulously so that every day is productive one

  • Significant results can be obtained from self-counselling, self-command and self-leadership

  • We should self-train ourselves everyday and we should note the changes

  • We should not wait for others to command and control ourselves

  • We should be proactive about our own responsibilities and execution of our duties
