Everyday we should execute 4-9 no. of meaningful and planned jobs for ourselves, family and the society together....to keep our mental health sound, steady and cheerful...


  • I try to write down a number of most important points for the day

  • I try to stick to those points to work in that direction

  • Time-management is the biggest challenge of modern living

  • I try to devote 1-1.5 hours on fitness related work in the morning

  • I nowadays prefer vegetarian food only

  • I try to get entertainment through listening to spiritual/folk songs and music on a daily basis

  • I am also trying some more time on my hobby i.e. playing chess to keep mentally fit and sound
