On Managerial Thinking ++

After about 23 years of professional experience I wish to share some of the gems of good managerial thinking and real-life actions: 1. I should maintain dignified silence whereever a matter of controversy arises 2. It is always better not to be in confrontation with anyone.... 3. One must possess good listening skills, as the art of listening is almost lost in a fast-paced modern lifestyle... 4. One should possess 'good' negotiating skills in every situation that is directly or indirectly associated with economic,legal and philosophical consideration in the conduct of business of the art of living..... 5. Three basic consideration of ethical professional transactions are: ECONOMIC ASPECTS, LEGAL ASPECTS AND PHILISOPHICAL ASPECTS OF HUMAN OR ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIORS........ GOD BLESS..... BYE
