The biggest pastime of a good manager shall always be 1. being enggaged in some creative and innovative (C & I) works 2. a good manager will always be busy with (C & I) works and he or she will have least time for gossiping or other forms of office politics 3. The fools will always run after ESPM(ego,sex,power,money) aspects, and the intelligent ones will run after serving humanity in some form or the other through engagement in craetive and innovative works....
