Effective speaking needs:
self-confidence,

articulation,
clarity,
energy,
enthusiasm,
and passion for doing better in whatever we speak for...
It needs a lot of practice and practical experience...
It sometimes requires special training...
The prerequisite for effective speaking is 'enthusiasm'...
Life is a continuous struggle to build eternal friendship with God.... Unconditional surrender to Him is the key... Detachment from everything is the beginning... Pure Love for Him is the source of eternal peace and silence
