We need to be tough in our tough times...
Without sufficient toughness, we can not survive in this world. Everywhere, there is an air of hooliganism and muscle power and money power. An honest person's life is full of new challenges of modern times. Cheats,liars, and corrupted people are taking upperhand in various fields of activities. The good and kind-hearted people are under great pressure. The mental pressure has increased . We hardly have an option to escape. We should not be escapist about facing the problems of rough and tough behaviors of our younger generation. The cultural changes have given rise to many such challenges of adjustment. In this times of social crisis and abnormalities, we need to be tough both mentally and physically. We must develop our own style of living life with toughness of the mind and sufficient physical strength. We must go on training our mind for toughness and emotional maturity. We must not stop building toughness factors of life for facing the tough times of life. We must train our minds to be fearless all the time. We must be able to maintain our toughness for saving human values of life, and must be sufficiently tough to protect our own family members and other fellow beings from tough times. The training should be self-training through physical and mental exercise and innovative solutions of the problems. Pranayama(breathing exercise) can make us tougher and tougher by revitalizing our internal organs. But all such training,we need to be cautious and take the advice and guidance from experts.
