To get mental peace , we should use a few  special technical commands  on a continuous basis, whenever we remember that we need peace, in our brain systems & thinking process:

• relax
• be cool
• select
• edit
• delete
• save
• then 'refresh' again
• then 'relax' again
• pause
• break
• align
• justify
• format a 'drive'
• connect
• disconnect
• isolate
• forget
• upgrade  etc. etc.

Human body and mind functioning are quite similar to the functions of a computer systems.

• marketing ( promoting products and services that are of great social benefit and human welfare in general)
• human talent management (recruiting and utilization of human talents and resources by motivating and leading)
• Finance(managing money, keeping accounts, managing revenue, controlling cost, salary administration . preparing reports and auditing etc.)
• Operations(production planning and maintaining productivity at the optimum level)
• Systems(use of computer and software to store information and to retrieve the same at the right time)

Thought of the day: really Truth

Speaking the truth is a very difficult task, but when one makes a habit life gets transformed into a beautiful one with a lot of satisfaction and peace. People all around may misunderstand and you can be called a fool or a mad,
But such perceptions by other people hardly matter if one has strong personality traits and enough level of mental concentration.
Hence we should pursue the goal of self-realization with single-minded devotion(SMD). We should therefore try to acquire as much SMD as possible. 

Thought of the day: improved self-management

The big challenges facing me are:

• keeping  brain and emotion  cool, after observing behaviours of dishonest, greedy and arrogant people at the professional work-place
• Managing anger is therefore an art, beyond scientific concepts and ideas
• Channelizing anger into creative actions is a superior art too
• Leading a simpler life
• Ignoring the unimportant people at work-place, at any cost, all the time
• Using single-minded devotion (SMD) most of the time at work-place
• Not to react to the comments of the mediocre
• creative action needs a lot of silence in life, so ignoring and avoiding the mediocre is an inevitable part of daily life
• avoiding confrontation of all kinds,but keeping respect high by being outspoken by the balanced use of  bold and courageous
• Honest professionals will always have lesser number of friends, as expected
• Being rough, tough and outspoken are also essential at times, to stop irritating behaviours of the mediocre people all around
• Keeping busy with my planned actions of the day will relieve me of  tension and worry and misunderstandings
• Being professional at the work-place is at the root of being happy employee too
• Management science also teaches us to be 'professional' by using scientific methods 
• Practical Management also requires a lot of theoretical background
