- mind control is an ultimate achievement of one's material and spiritual life...
- a controlled mind is a storehouse of knowledge, wisdom and peace...
- to me, mind is just an intelligent particle residing in a body....
- our existence is based on mind-particle, God-particle and almost infinite number of atoms, compounds and their their chemical combination....
- body is least important in terms of intelligence...
- but bodily processes , to a great extent, defines the mental processes and a controlled & regulated mind slowly gets filled with sublime ideas and feeling of inherent spirituality of any being in existence...
- to receive higher blessings of life and existence, we must control our mind so that garbage is removed and purity of thinking is developed...
- purity of thinking will lead to perfection...
- perfection will lead to excellence in thoughts and actions....
- such a state will lead to a state of true knowledge, wisdom and peace with the unconditional kindness of God...
- hence, we should seek God in everything that exists...
- through daily meditation, our mind will become cool and calm and our limited material desires and its nothingness will be revealed to the Self, residing inside our body....
- all our desires are linked to ESPM-factors(Ego-sex-power-money) and till these factors are conquered, life can never be peaceful...
- without removal of desires, we can not realize in this life...
- God-realization is the ultimate aim of this life and we should slowly proceed toward the path of spirituality, God-realization, peace and eternally blissful state

Mind really matters

Primary focus of my present life
- I want to be more and more perfect in majority of things that I do on a daily basis...
- Attaining 'perfection' through consistent and regular work is the only aim....
- 'Perfection' will give me peace and satisfaction which can never be purchased by money and power...
- People running after power, money, sex and pleasure are basically fools of the highest order....
- Hence to be happy, we should live a life of least desires, demands and needs....
- We should completely get rid of the evils of false vanity, ego and arrogance of all types and live a life of simplicity and humility....
- Simplicity and humility are the foundations of personal happiness and peace....
- We should manage 'professionalism' at our work place...
- We should acquire the fitness and health so that we could work hard...
- Work is life...
- Continuous focus on the perfection of jobs that we do will keep us happy...
- Working harder will make sure that we eliminate most of our mental garbage and depression of all types...
- Engagement in productive activities will keep us free from worries, anxiety, tension and depression....
- Depression is the result of constant negative thinking about our future...
- Hence, it is best to live in the present moment, focusing on perfection of whatever we do...
- We should be doers, instead of being talkers....
- If we speak the truth, we shall have only minimum things to talk about....
- We should not preach until we have become perfect in what we preach about...
- Hence, perfection is the answer to most of the problems of life and living...

Keep yourself entertained...
- along with hard work, we should set aside some time of a day for mental entertainment....
- keep your sense alive...
- have good laughter in life...
- try hard to remain fit and healthy...
- finish the day's work in time...
- manage time well to be happy at the end of the day...
Hard work pays and hence we should be prepared for it on each day
- we should train our minds to work harder...
- we are simply bound by our attitudes and hence we should try hard to adopt 'hard work' in our daily lives...
- at the end of the day, the results should be visible to our own selves...
- as a teacher, I should prepare myself for each single class...
- each class should be well planned and prepared in advance...
- students should be given enough inputs to keep their brains engaged...
- we should also be fair and impartial to all our students...
- we should always keep teaching-learning process interesting and dynamic...
- we can also mix some 'fun' and humor to the topics of teaching...
- hard work of a teacher is usually reflected in the outcomes at the level of the students...
- learning is a never-ending process and hence we should keep learning newer things everyday...
- newer things will keep our interests in life alive and vibrant...
- we should be flexible, dynamic and result-oriented in our professional activities....
- we must open up our minds to newer lessons and activities so that each day ends with a positive note and great hopes...
- we should be as selfless as possible to feel inner peace and harmony...

Physical well being is quite vital for mental and emotional fitness...
- physical well being heavily dependent on regularity and consistency of taking physical exercises on a daily basis....
- without fitness, good health, we can never enjoy the blessings of nature and existence...
- 'thinking' skill is the biggest factor in improving our present life...
- if we can think systematically, we shall become more organized in whatever we do...
- we should also be able to eliminate garbage from our minds...
- mental garbage is the cause of energy dissipation, exhaustion and fatigue in life...
- 'self-control' is the greatest achievement of any human being...
- without self-control and self-restraint, life will head toward slow but steady self-destruction....
- from real-life, we get a lot of practical lessons on the destructive effect of lack of self control and discipline in life....
- we should shed off false 'ego' and vanity, by remaining immersed in the ocean of knowledge and bhakti(devotion to God)
