- To preach to myself only
- Not to say the truths to others, as it will be self-revealing to themselves in course of time
- To keep silent most of the times
- To listen to the relevant words only
- To keep safe distance ESPM-AJ(Ego-sex-power-money-anger-jealousy) factors for ever
- To look after my health and fitness, and that of my family on a regular basis only
- To keep distance from fast-food culture
- To have enough faith in my own self
- To do my duties as sincerely as possible
- Not to find faults with others...as far as possible
Life is a continuous struggle to build eternal friendship with God.... Unconditional surrender to Him is the key... Detachment from everything is the beginning... Pure Love for Him is the source of eternal peace and silence
