Self-talks is a big stress reliever for me

In meditative physical state , I prefer doing some self-talks and criticise my own activities and try to focus on points of improvement...this technique really work wonder for me...I also tolerate criticism from others so that I extract some important points for my development.....
At this point of time, I feel that I am loving my jobs and this is the only point on which I can make huge improvements...
