As I have started teaching the subject of management after a long time, I am finding it difficult to teach. To create interest in the subject is really a great challenge. A thorough, well-planned preparation is essential to create high impact on the minds of the young minds. The subject consists of knowledge from many different fields such as psychology, industrial engineering, sociology, technology, environment, ethics, law, spirituality etc. The more I try to learn, the more areas emerge from different angle. Except the quantitative/statistical analysis or optimization techniques, Management is truly an ART. The skills of the teacher really matter in influencing young minds for improved thinking and also for attainment of newer skills. Expertise in management develops in the same process as in other sciences:
data to information to knowledge to wisdom to intuition
Life is a continuous struggle to build eternal friendship with God.... Unconditional surrender to Him is the key... Detachment from everything is the beginning... Pure Love for Him is the source of eternal peace and silence
