The major components of peaceful living should be:

1. daily prayer to God  in both good and bad times....
2.Yoga and pranayam in specific daily time
3.Following Daily Action Plan on an hourly basis
4. Always to be brief and concise and strong in words
5. to be straight-forward in dealing with others
6.bare minimum words to be used for all occasions and situations
7.To improve upon listening skills on a daily basis.....
8.'work,play and keeping mouth shut' will always be best principle of living a life, according to one of the greatest scientists of all times, ALBERT EINSTEIN
9.unconditional surrendering to God for all affairs of life will always help us realize ourselves....
