In today's professional life we need to be highly energetic and dynamic in all matters. Every work is now result-oriented and target-oriented. Hence there is no scope for physical weakness and lethargy.Whatever be our physical constitution, we can store tremendous amount of energy by doing exercise on a daily basis. Combination of these two types of exercise can really do the miracle for us. The greatest need of today's life is managing things in an efficient way and for this we need to highly energetic and sharp in perception. The best way to manage our inner energy is by taking yogic exercise and meditation. We should also drink large quatity of water to keep the inner organs healthy. For mental fitness, we need to deeply involved in creative and innovative works by converting our routine duties into a set of creative activities. Creativity can give real satisfaction of the mind and without creativity life becomes dull and monotonous. All kinds of mental depression originates from dullness,monotony,tension,frustration and pessimism and fear. All these negative aspects can be eliminated by leading a Regulated Yogic Life(RYL). RYL can rejuvenate our personal life and can enrich our philosophy of life by forcing us to remember the existence of God in every moment of life. Then only can we live a life of renunciation, even in extreme noises and turmoils of life. We need to feel God in our pulse and veins...
