Physical and Mental relaxation
By taking yogic exercise and pranayama on a regular basis, we can find that we get physically and mentally relaxed. Once a day we should be able to sit in room alone and meditate for a long period of God and his unique beautiful creations. The idea behind meditation is to make our mind almost thought-free and relaxed. The best way to meditate on the Holy Names of God and create a subtle vibration in both body and mind through the enchanting of Divine Names. Take advice from a spiritual master who can guide you by imparting the universal wisdom of meditation,silence and peace.
