• On 31st August, 2016 I had experience of evaluating debating competition and I could find some bright young minds who debated very well, at GNIT Kolkata. Teaching is also a very good learning experience. I could learn a lot of things from the oratory power of young students
• On 5th August, 2016 I had listened to Prof. Sumita Roy who taught us Communication Skills in  English and Soft skills. Prof. Roy was full of energy and enthusiasm. She taught us the importance of CLARITY, CORRECTNESS,CONCISENESS, AND COURTESY(4Cs)  in communicating well and effective communication
• Some of our students really enthralled us through cultural performances on the Teachers' Day Celebrations
• I learnt that I have enough space for improving the self on many matters
• Areas of improvement: being more extrovert, respecting others, being humble and simple, sophisticated communication skills, more energy & enthusiasm in whatever I do, Taking care of my health and fitness parameters, building strong common sense, having stronger faith in my abilities, expanding my thinking & being more creative in my actions, constant practice on my core competencies & being more assertive with my ideas and actions
