Major changes that are a must, are some of the following factors:
- food habits, including taking fruits , vegetables,fibrous food and vitamins, minerals etc.
- regular physical exercise
- drinking sufficient quantity of water
- going to bed by 11.30 pm
- making decisions after a number of deep thinking process & writing down the finer points
- to be perfectly selective about social networking of any kind
- listening to soft music on a daily basis
- taking time to read books
- taking time to write literature on my favourite topics
- to be out of the older bad habits by applying will power
- taking time to pray to GOD
- Managing finances well, to manage the tougher times of life ahead
- to save money on regular basis in RD account
- to be in silent mode for most of the time in a day
- to be harsh on myself, not on others
- to try to do well in my profession
- to be impartial with one and all
- to be indifferent in most of the material aspects in life
- but to try to do well in both family and professional matters
