The process of self-improvement is never an easy task...as it involves changes in habits and attitudes which are really really hard to be moulded and re-shaped... Hence it requires continuous self effort and self-control so that in course of time, habits take new shape which are compatible with professinalism, integrity, honesty,commitments, duties and responsibilities..... If some key-words, ideals and ideas are absorbed properly in one's daily life, and that practice is pursued continuosly, real MIRACLES OF MANAGERIAL EFFECTIVENESS will occur in one's life.... Certain UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES OF LIVING A LIFE will never change even with the radical changes in life-style, cultural changes, attitudinal shifts and technological advancements... Whatever is universally true shall remain true only, and the same had been true even in the Aryan Civilization or in the Roman Civilization... Complexity of ego-based human behaviours leads to destructive activities and hence we should continuously try to diminish the go factors and be relaxed mentally & physically so that we could be at our creative best all the time.... We should not entertain unnecessary words from anybody, and politely we should refuse to listen to such useless talks from anyone...rather we should focus on delicate aspects of our own job so that we could perfect the ways of doing things..... CONCENTRATION TO OUR INDIVIDUAL WORKS AND DUTIES AND COMMITMENTS ONLY COULD PAVE THE WAY FOR GAINING HAPPINESS & SATISFACTION AT THE END OF THE DAY... AT THE END OF EACH PASSING DAY, WE SHOULD ESTIMATE HOW MANY POSITIVE THOUGHTS HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED INTO OUTPUTS AND OUTCOMES THAT OF SOME BENEFIT TO OTHERS... AT THE END OF THE DAY, ACTUAL WORK DONE WILL BE ESTIAMTOR OF OUR SATISFACTION TO THE INNER VOICE... WE SHOULD NOT UNNECESSARILY BE ENTANGLED INTO OUR PAST PERFORMANCES/ACHIEVEMENTS .... HENCE WE SHOULD RATHER LIVE IN THE PRESENT...ALL THE TIME...AND PERFORM OUR DUTIES MOST SINCERELY SO THAT THE FUTURE PROSPECTS BECOME BRIGHTER DAY BY DAY...
